Stephen has more than 25  years of combined experience within the oil and gas industry, with private and industrial services, and the emergency  response sector. He previously served as the executive director of  health and safety for a global response entity with his duties and experience crossing  over into  many areas including  in OSHA-required training,  emergency response, worker  protection, public safety, management and negotiation, incident investigation and  regulatory compliance on the state and federal level. Stephen has been involved in   several SONS (Spills of National  Significance) incident responses throughout the United States and  Canada. Shawn has more than 19 years of experience within the environmental consulting field including the design, installation, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of soil and ground-water remediation systems and controls. Shawn is a skilled heavy equipment operator, has done extensive groundwater and soil sampling and reporting, and has significant experience in construction management and oversight. In addition, Shawn has been involved in planning and executing over 75 groundwater monitoring and sampling facilities throughout Pennsylvania, New York and West Virginia.
